How to use a female condom may be a question in some of your minds. Where are here to enlighten you! Especially suitable for women whose partners do not use condoms durings the sexual intercourse. Condoms for women protects women from sexually transmitted diseases.
How to Use?
If you are using it for the first time, it will be useful to try it before you have a sexual intercourse and make some practise.
Find a comfortable position.
Have an position by lying or sitting and open your knees or put one of your foot on a chair while you are standing.

Open the condom package carefully.
The resilient inner ring must be in the closed end of the sheath.
Narrow down the lower half of the inner ring by using your thumb, forefinger and middle finger.
This narrowing is a form of reliable grip which will make the condom to enter the vagina easily.
After separating the lips of the vagina with your other hand, put the condom into your vagina which you are keeping in your hand and push it as much as deep as you can.
Once the condom is settled into the vagina, put your finger into the condom and ensure that the inner ring is pushed as deep as possible.
While doing this, you can be sure that the condom settle into place when you feel your pubic bone with your finger and when you get in deeper. (Pubic bone is in the front part of the vagina and when you put your finger into your vagina after you curl your finger towards the front, you can feel it in 5-6 cm inside)
The condom will be remain in the outside of the vagina just a little bit.
During the sexual intercourse, the condom will stick into the lips of your vagina, that's why you and your partner will not feel the condom. It prevents the vagina from the semen and genital contact such as male condoms.
